Childcare Business Blueprint
Terms of Sale, including the 365-Day Guarantee

1. Who we are
1.1 These terms apply to your purchase of the Childcare Business Blueprint (the Blueprint) from Amplify Training FZE, a company licensed in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (licence number 4421665.01), whose registered address is Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (we, us, our).
1.2 We sell the Blueprint through www.childcarebusinessblueprint.co.uk and the related order pages.
1.3 You can contact us at support@amplify-invest.com. Guarantee claims must be sent to this address (see clause 9).
1.4 Some items included with the Blueprint are provided on our behalf by Parenta Group Limited (company number 05249690) and Parenta Training Limited (company number 05932259), both at 1st Floor, Stratford House, Waterside Court, Neptune Way, Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent ME2 4NZ (together, Parenta). These are identified in clause 4.
2. Who can buy
2.1 The Blueprint is sold to childcare businesses, including nurseries, pre-schools and childminders. By buying it, you confirm that you are buying for the purposes of your childcare business and not as a private consumer.
2.2 You must give the name of your setting at checkout. One purchase covers one buyer and one setting.
2.3 Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
3. Your order and the contract
3.1 A contract between you and us is formed when your first payment is taken successfully and we send you an order confirmation by email.
3.2 These terms, the order confirmation and the description of the Blueprint on the order form make up the whole agreement between us for the Blueprint.
3.3 Order bumps, upsells and other products offered during checkout (see clause 10) are separate purchases. Where they are supplied by Parenta, Parenta’s own terms may also apply, and we will tell you if so.
4. What you receive
4.1 Your purchase of the Blueprint includes:
The Childcare Business Blueprint: 20 video lessons covering Demand, Money and People, with their workbooks, templates and end-of-lesson surveys, delivered inside the EYbi platform;
The Marketing Toolkit;
Enquiry and tour scripts;
A website audit;
Six months of EYbi Professional, which includes access to Childcare Recruit;
A one-to-one cost audit consultation with Richelle Sparks;
The Nursery Onboarding Guide and Scripts;
The Cash Flow and Fee Collection System;
Six months of Parenta Abacus nursery management software;
Expert chapters and toolkits from sector guest contributors; and
A personal concierge to help you if you get stuck while working through the Blueprint.
4.2 The six months of EYbi Professional and Parenta Abacus start on the date of your purchase. After six months they end unless you choose to subscribe separately. They will not renew automatically or be charged to you without your agreement.
4.3 The values shown on the sales page and order form for each item are our stated values for those items. They are not prices you are charged. The price you pay is set out in clause 6.
4.4 Your access to the Blueprint lessons lasts for the lifetime of the Blueprint, for as long as we continue to offer it.
5. Bonuses
5.1 Live Q&A sessions. If your first payment is taken before 23:59 UK time on 30 November 2026, you are invited to six weekly live Q&A sessions with Dr Allan Presland. We will email you the dates and joining details. All sessions are recorded, and we may use recordings in our marketing. We will ask for your consent at the start of each session; if you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off, use a first name only, or ask questions in the chat. See our Privacy Policy for details. If a session has to be moved, we will reschedule it and tell you by email.
5.2 Workforce Stability Review. The first 25 buyers, counted in the order their first payment is taken, receive a free one-hour Workforce Stability Review call with one of Parenta’s employment consultants. Buyers after the first 25 may book a review for £25.
5.3 Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Using a bonus does not reduce any refund under clause 8.
6. Price and payment
6.1 The price of the Blueprint is shown at checkout and is the total amount you pay. You can pay:
In full: £1,997, in one payment;
By 3 monthly payments of £697 (£2,091 in total); or
By 12 monthly payments of £195 (£2,340 in total).
6.2 Payments are taken by card through our payment provider, Stripe. If you choose a payment plan, the first payment is taken at checkout and each later payment is taken on the same day of each following month.
6.3 If a payment plan payment fails, we will email you and try again. If it is still unpaid 7 days after it was due, we may pause your access until it is paid.
6.4 Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full plan total. You may pay off the remaining balance at any time by contacting us.
7. Access and use
7.1 After your first payment, we email your login details for EYbi, where the Blueprint lessons and your EYbi Professional access sit. If they do not arrive within 48 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
7.2 Your login is for your own setting. You may share the materials with staff at your setting, but you must not share your login with, or pass the materials to, anyone outside it, or resell or republish any part of the Blueprint.
7.3 All content in the Blueprint, including videos, workbooks, templates and scripts, belongs to us or our licensors. You receive a licence to use it in your setting; you do not own it.
7.4 We may update or improve lessons and materials over time. We will not remove the core content you paid for.
8. Our 365-Day Guarantee
8.1 The guarantee. Complete every lesson and its short survey. If at any point within 365 days you decide the system hasn’t moved the needle for your setting, you get a full refund.
8.2 Conditions. To claim, all of the following must be true:
Your claim reaches us within 365 days of the date your first payment was taken;
You have completed all 20 core lessons and every end-of-lesson survey, as recorded in the EYbi platform. The expert guest contributions are optional and are not required;
Every payment for the Blueprint has been made. If you are on a payment plan, you must have paid every instalment, or paid off the remaining balance, before you claim; and
You have not breached clause 7.2 or 7.3.
8.3 Your decision. You do not need to show us your financial results or explain your reasons. If the conditions in clause 8.2 are met and you tell us the Blueprint hasn’t moved the needle for your setting, we will refund you.
8.4 What is refunded. A full refund means every payment you made for the Blueprint: £1,997, £2,091 or £2,340, depending on how you paid. Nothing is deducted for the items or bonuses you have used.
8.5 What the guarantee does not cover. The guarantee covers the Blueprint only. It does not cover printed books, printed workbooks, the Blueprint Website Package or its hosting, the Marketing Review, places on the Level 3 SEND Co-Ordinator Award, paid Workforce Stability Reviews, or any other product bought separately.
8.6 One claim. The guarantee can be claimed once per buyer and once per setting.
8.7 After a refund. When we issue a refund, your access to the Blueprint, EYbi Professional, Parenta Abacus, the concierge and any live sessions not yet held ends. Please export any of your own data you wish to keep from EYbi and Abacus before you claim.
9. How to claim
9.1 Email support@amplify-invest.com with the subject line “Blueprint guarantee”, the email address you bought with, and your setting name.
9.2 We will check the EYbi platform records and reply within 7 days. If anything is incomplete, we will tell you exactly what remains, and you may complete it and claim again within the 365 days.
9.3 We will refund approved claims to the card you paid with, in pounds sterling, within 14 days of approving the claim.
10. Other products bought during checkout
10.1 Order bumps, upsells and other products offered during checkout, including printed books and workbooks, the Blueprint Website Package, the Marketing Review and places on the Level 3 SEND Co-Ordinator Award, are separate purchases and are not covered by the guarantee.
10.2 The Blueprint Website Package includes a hosting contract with Parenta. The first three months of hosting are free; after that, hosting is £39.99 a month for 12 months, billed by Parenta under its hosting agreement.
10.3 Printed items are delivered in the UK only.
11. Results and liability
11.1 The Blueprint teaches business methods. Results depend on your setting, your market and how you apply what you learn, and we do not promise any particular financial result. Examples in the film and on our pages, including Amanda’s example and the 45-place nursery, are illustrative.
11.2 The Blueprint is business education. It is not legal, tax, accounting or employment advice. You should take professional advice before making decisions that depend on those areas.
11.3 Our total liability to you in connection with the Blueprint is limited to the amount you have paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss.
11.4 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Your information
12.1 We use your information to provide the Blueprint, process payments, manage the guarantee and contact you about your purchase, as described in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
12.2 To provide the items in clause 4, we share the details needed with Parenta.
13. General
13.1 We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to you are the ones in force on the date of your first payment.
13.2 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
13.3 These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied there. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13.4 If you have a complaint, please email support@amplify-invest.com first. We will try to resolve it within 14 days.
